01About Employee History & Document Signer Tool
This application simplifies looking up official employee histories and automatically generating signatory lists for formal documents based on effective dates and position categories, streamlining administrative office workflows.
02How records and signers work
- 01Search records by name, NIK, position, group, or a specific date.
- 02Filter by position group to narrow the registry instantly.
- 03Generate the correct signer list for a document type and target date.
- 04Copy any field, or the full signer list, to your clipboard.
Each record carries an effective period, so the generator only ever returns people who actually held the required position on the document date. Records with no end date are treated as currently active.
03Document type reference
The signer generator resolves a document type to the position groups below, then pulls every officer active in those groups on the requested date.

04Frequently asked questions
- What is the Employee History tool?
- It is a searchable registry of employee and officer records. Each record contains a name, position, position group, NIK, and the start and end dates the person held the role.
- How does the record search work?
- Type a name, NIK, position, or group to filter the registry. You can also type a date such as 20/05/2023 to list everyone who was active on that day.
- What is the Document Signer Generator?
- The generator maps a document type to its required position groups, then finds every officer who held those roles on the document date. It is useful for preparing signatory blocks for formal paperwork.
- Can I copy a single field or the whole list?
- Yes. Tap any field to copy it individually, or use Copy All on a generated result to copy every signer name and position together.
- Is my data sent to a server?
- Search and generator operations run in your browser. The registry reads from a secured cloud collection and keeps a local cache so the tool stays usable while offline.
- Is the tool free?
- Yes. The search registry and signer generator are free to use and require no download.
